Arts & Creative
Created for the First Nations Fashion & Design 2022 Closing Ceremony in Sydney, this project was commissioned by renowned Indigenous fashion designer Grace Lillian Lee. Bringing together underwater photography, fashion, and visual art, the imagery was produced in a custom underwater studio using external lighting and carefully curated creative direction. The shoot required extensive planning to achieve the final visual aesthetic, resulting in a series of large scale artworks designed to complement and elevate the runway experience. Featuring underwater models Luke Currie Richardson and Perry Mooney, the work celebrates contemporary Indigenous fashion, culture, and storytelling through a unique underwater perspective.
